Every piece we make is unique because each of them are individually handcrafted, therefore please accept minor variations in the size or shape from that shown in the picture.
After all even identical twins are also not exactly identical to each other ;)
Now, let’s take a couple of situations which customers might face with respect to product delivery and what to do in each case:-
- Product received is defective/damaged
What to do? - We do our best to ensure that each piece which is shipped out undergoes thorough quality checks and is free from any defects. Still, if you find that the product is damaged or defective, please email us the pictures of the product within 3 days of receiving the order and after a quick check at our end, we would be happy to exchange the piece at no extra cost. In addition, we will arrange for a reverse pick up for you. Please remember to return the product with the original packaging and original/copy of the invoice.
- Product is in good condition but you are not 100% happy with it
What to do? - We understand this happens sometimes. No worries just let us know within 3 days of receiving the order and you can choose from the two options below:-
- Exchange: You can select any other piece from our entire collection, irrespective of price and we’ll happily exchange it, after adjusting for any price difference. We will arrange for the pick-up, however, we shall deduct Rs 100 towards return pick up charges. Please remember to return the product with the original packaging and original/copy of the invoice.
- Return: If you simply want to return the product to get your money back, we also allow that. We will arrange for the pick-up, however, we shall deduct Rs 200 towards shipping charges. Please remember to return the product with the original packaging and original/copy of the invoice.
Any refunds will be made via the same mode as the original payment within 10 days of receiving the returned shipment.
